Now, 20 years later the two talents - probably for the last time - play together in the doubles at the German Championships in Bielefeld. The draw gives the world champions at least a chance for a place on the podium, and this is where Jörg Roßkopf wants to get: "Last year I almost became German champion together with Nico Stehle, I now hope that we can win a medal together again, that would definitely be an amazing finale to our career." The DTTB (German TT association) was only able to include the two former world champions as the current European Champions, Timo Boll and Christian Süss decided not to participate in the doubles. |
